What kind of files can you work from?
All industry standard files can be accepted.
For example, any of the Adobe suite (Illustrator, Photoshop). The Microsoft Office files (Word, PowerPoint), and so on. The industry standard graphic formats, for example, portable documents .pdf .eps, TIFF, JPEG, and so on.
However, if you have an unusual file, we can probably find a way to work with it.
What size paper can you print?
Our largest printer delivers a maximum of A1 size paper (flipchart).
The paper comes on rolls, so we can print longer pages. The maximum width is about 600 mm wide, and possibly up to 30 metres long!
A3 and A4 sized paper is also available.
Can you put my company logo on the print?
Yes. However you must explicitly give us permission to do this, and provide suitable files or artwork. The standard terms and conditions cover this.
I found this really good picture on the web, can it be used?
Er, No. Let's be really clear on this: If you lifted the image from the web, it's unlikely that you have a 'right-to-copy'. To use it would be illegal.
You must own the copyright or have a licence for the artwork. You'll need to assign a permission to us for printing purposes.
There are millions of images available from bona fide sources that come with a licence, and that keeps you, and us, out of trouble. We'd be glad to help you with finding suitable images.
By the way, the same goes for typefaces (fonts).
